Max Ochocinski & Victor Mancuso · Co-Founders

Max Ochocinski

CEO / Co-Founder

Max studied business at Michigan State University. He comes from a family business, so he's lived the headaches firsthand — getting a website off the ground, reaching customers online, and watching leads slip away with no system in place. He co-founded Xfer Systems to give small businesses that foundation without the bloated pricing and corporate nonsense.

Victor Mancuso

CEO / Co-Founder

Victor spent 4 years as an account manager for a large corporation, working with project managers, estimators, purchasers, and controllers — helping supply material to large industrial and commercial projects. He also worked with small business owners and all kinds of people in the trades. He co-founded Xfer Systems because he kept seeing good businesses lose opportunities they never even knew about — and he wanted to fix that with simple systems that actually work.

Why We Built Xfer Systems

Too many small businesses rely entirely on referrals. Referrals are great — but they're not a system. A professional website gives you a durable online foundation, and lead capture plus follow-up systems make sure opportunities don't fall through the cracks.

We started Xfer Systems to be the partner we wished small businesses had: real people, fair pricing, no setup fee, no long-term contract, and support that actually picks up the phone.

We're not a Silicon Valley startup. We're not obsessed with AI. We just build websites and systems that help contractors get more business — and we keep it simple.
